EVERY DAY AT WILLKA T’IKA: Sacred Chakra Gardens are available for you as a registered guest. Gourmet vegetarian meals are served promptly at 8:00 or 8:30 a.m. (Buffet breakfast), 1:00 p.m. (Lunch), and 6:30 p.m. (Dinner). Fresh herbal teas and organic coffee are available from 5:30-10:30 a.m.; teas all day, and coffee drinks will be available at the coffee bar for purchase from 10:30 a.m. forward.
Day 1. Thursday, September 24, 2026. ARRIVE IN CUSCO
a.m. Please schedule your arrival to the Cusco airport before 11 a.m. Our group will depart for Willka T’ika Guesthouse in the Sacred Valley at 11:30 a.m. Enjoy spectacular mountain scenery along the 75-minute drive through the Andes.
p.m. Welcome lunch at Willka T’ika. Introduction to the Willka T’ika family—the Quechua staff who will take care of your needs during your stay. Orientation with your guide, a guided tour of the retreat center, and the renowned Seven Chakra Gardens is offered. Delicious dinner at Willka T’ika. Evening opening ceremony with Annamarie. (L.D.)
Day 2. Friday, September 25, 2026. CHINCHERO and SPA SERVICES/CHAKRA GARDENS AT WILLKA T'IKA
a.m. Depart for Chinchero. Visit the beautiful sacred site at this nearby village. Afterward, visit the wonderful local women weavers, known for their exceptional traditional Andean craft. Picnic lunch in the village. (B.L.)
p.m. Return to Willka T'ika after lunch, and enjoy a healing spa service or savor a restful afternoon rejuvenating with Pachamama in the Chakra Gardens. (D.)
Day 3. Saturday, September 26, 2026. FULL MOON CEREMONY
a.m. Healing rituals with a female shaman in the Chakra Gardens. After lunch, enjoy a wonderful selection of spa services, or optional private coca leaf readings with a female shaman ($35 payable at Willka T'ika). (B.L.)
3:30 p.m. Meet a professional dance therapist in the Chakra Gardens for Panchadanza (with Ninoska, $45 payable in advance). After dinner, a special full moon ceremony is offered around an outdoor fire circle with a female shaman. (D.)
Day 4. Sunday, September 27, 2026. A DAY FOR PACHAMAMA
a.m. This day is dedicated to Pachamama, the beloved Mother Earth who resides in the earth and within you. On this special day, you are encouraged to relax or meditate in the splendors of the Chakra Gardens to complement your group program. An optional guided walk will be offered through the nearby Rumichaka farming neighborhood where Quechua campesinos live. More challenging hikes along scenic routes into the valley will also be offered. (B.)
1:00 p.m. Enjoy a wholesome organic vegetarian lunch. Annamarie may schedule a group meeting and you may choose to indulge in Andean spa treatments. Private coca leaf blessings with a high Andean pakko will be offered. (L.)
At 5:00 p.m., there will be a Despacho ceremony. (D.)
7:30 p.m. After dinner, our pakko invites you to an authentic Andean offering and transformative fire ceremony to honor Pachamama, yourself, and your loved ones. The ceremony also reminds you to focus on your intention for this journey and serves as a wonderful preparation of mind, body, and spirit for your pilgrimage to Machu Picchu.
Day 5. Monday, September 28, 2026. AGUAS CALIENTES
Note: Pack a small carry-on bag for this overnight stay.
a.m. Early breakfast. Departure time to be announced. Depart from Willka T'ika to the Ollanta train station to take the morning luxury Vistadome train to Aguas Calientes, the gateway to the majestic terraces of Machu Picchu. We will take a bus to the entrance gate and then take a guided tour of the citadel. Experience the ancient "City of Light" and journey through the masculine energy temples of political and spiritual power, followed by a deep reconnection of feminine earth energies. (B.)

6:30 p.m. Meet guide in front of the hotel and walk to a group dinner at a fine restaurant in Aguas Calientes. Overnight stay at a lovely riverside hotel. (D.)
Day 6. Tuesday, September 29, 2026. MACHU PICCHU
a.m. Open day in Machu Picchu with entrance ticket included, with tour guide services. Option to hike Huayna Picchu Peak. (B.)

p.m. Take the afternoon train back to Ollantaytampu and transfer to Willka T'ika in time for a late dinner. (D.)
Day 7. Wednesday, September 30, 2026. OLLANTAYTAMPU and GROUP SESSIONS AT WILLKA T'IKA
a.m. After breakfast, we'll travel to Ollantaytampu. En route, stop for a short hike to an ancient Incan cave for a profound meditation. Continue on to the ceremonial site of Ollantaytampu and its famous Sun Temple. (B.)
Lunch on your own at a local cafe In the quaint picturesque town.
p.m. Once you are back at Willka T'ika, enjoy group leader sessions. Meditate in the Chakra Gardens of your choice, and allow yourself time to receive the ancestral crown chakra energies beneath the 1000-year-old lucuma tree. Enjoy an Andean Spa treatment. For the more active, choose from a variety of hikes and activities through the valley and up the mountains. (D.)
Day 8. Thursday, October 1, 2026. AN AYNI DAY
a.m. Start this heart-opening day with a drive through the Sacred Valley to a Quechua mountain school, one of five schools supported by the non-profit Willka T’ika Children’s Fund. Since 1995, Willka T’ika has maintained contact with dedicated schoolteachers in isolated high mountain communities where few tourists are privileged to visit. Donations have enabled the education in these schools to transform on all levels. In a reciprocal ayni exchange, the group is invited to offer an interactive activity the children can enjoy. The warmth and joy of the children and their openness in bringing guests into their daily lives are special moments not easily forgotten. Visitors are always humbled and deeply moved. (B.)

p.m. Continue with your guide to the spectacular ruins of P’isaq. Overlooking impressive Incan terraces, the group is invited to hike to the Temple of the Sun, a doorway to the upper Andean world of the Condor, messenger of the Gods. Meditate as a group or walk in a silent personal vision quest to open the third eye. Return to the main square of P’isaq by bus and visit the famous, colorful market filled with woven goods, jewelry, wall hangings and hand-painted beadwork. Enjoy café or tea in the market square where you can observe colorfully dressed campesinos wearing traditional clothing coming to barter and sell their produce. P’isaq is a photographer’s dream. Return to Willka T’ika with time for a late afternoon garden meditation or group session before dinner. (D.)
Day 9. Friday, October 2, 2026. LEADER AND GUIDE GROUP SESSIONS
As a sojourner, you were called to the Sacred Valley. Today is dedicated to You, and offered to you as a gift. In silence, explore an inner journey in the Chakra Gardens—a day to relax and enjoy the pure, sacred energies of Pachamama. Feel her embrace and allow the Divine Goddess to whisper her guidance, wisdom, and divine messages to your soul. Allow them to penetrate deeply into your heart and lovingly take them home with you. Enjoy personal healing work and spa treatments. Optional guided hike to Urubamba to visit the busy market with its variety of Andean products and the Seminario pottery studio. Hike or take a motor taxi back to Willka T’ika for 3 soles/taxi ($1). (B.)
1:00 p.m. Enjoy a gourmet vegetarian lunch at Willka T’ika. (L.)
3:00 p.m. Group cacao ceremony will be offered.
7:30 p.m. Celebrate with a farewell dinner and Andean musical event at Willka T'ika. This is the last day of guided service, and the group guide will depart after dinner. (D.)
Day 10. Saturday, October 3, 2026. DEPART FOR CUSCO
10:00 a.m. Check-Out Time. Please note the Willka T’ika staff has to prepare the entire premises before the next incoming group, and have some rest time with their families. Option for early morning yoga, meditation or a closing session. (B.)
One group bus transfer after breakfast takes the group to the Cusco airport to connect to Lima, and flight home. From Willka T’ika, allow three hours and 25 minutes before your Cusco flight departs. Ideal flights to Lima that fit into this departure leave Cusco between 2:00 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. For groups departing later, please contact our Magical Journey office about later transfer services. We will be taking an overnight flight back to the U.S., arriving on October 4th.
